As a thank-you all forms submitted by midnight on Sunday 11th May will be entered into a prize draw to win a 2-course meal for 4 people plus a bottle of wine

All feedback will be used solely with the intention of us improving our service to you. All data is stored securely and is not shared with any other party. This form is not for lodging formal complaints. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us directly. Feedback can be left confidently without leaving a name or email but these are required to enter our competition. We may ask the competition winner if we can announce your prize on our social media - this is optional and you can remain anonymous.
